To a cocktail shaker filled with ice add 1.5 oz. gin, 0.5 oz. simple syrup, a sprig of thyme and 3 oz. Ocean Spray® Ruby Red grapefruit juice cocktail. Shake and strain into a tall glass over ice, top with 1.5 oz. sparkling elderflower cordial (or lemon-lime soda) and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
