4 ounces Ocean Spray Cran•Blueberry juice
1.5 ounces ginger infused simple syrup
1.5 ounces vodka - plain, ginger, blueberry,citrus or flavor of choice
1 ounce sparkling white wine
4-5 frozen blueberries
2 lemon slices, thin
Candied ginger for garnish (optional)
Muddle vodka, frozen blueberries and lemon slices in Collins glass. Fill glass 1/4 with ice, add ginger syrup, Ocean Spray Cran•Blueberry juice, and sparkling white wine. Stir, fill remainder with ice and garnish with candied ginger.
