In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz. tequila, 1 oz. sour mix, 1 oz. Ocean Spray® orange juice, 0.5 oz. Monin®ginger syrup and 3 oz. Ocean Spray® Cran•Blueberry Juice cocktail. Shake and strain into a margarita glass with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
