PMI's:

To a cocktail shaker, add 0.25 cup honeydew melon, chopped, and muddle. Fill the shaker with ice and add 1.5 oz. vodka, 0.5 oz. lemon juice, 0.5 oz. chamomile syrup, 5 mint leaves and 2 oz. Ocean Spray® White Cranberry Juice Cocktail. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a honeydew slice.
Chamomile syrup- to a heatproof container, add 1 cup sugar and 1 chamomile tea bag. Add 1 cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve sugar. Allow to cool. Remove tea bag, cover and chill.
