1.5 ounces ginger infused simple syrup
1 ounce sparkling water or ginger beer
4-5 frozen blueberries
2 lemon slices, thin
Collins glass
Candied ginger for garnish (optional)
Muddle blueberries and lemon slices in Collins glass. Fill glass 1/4 with ice cubes, add ginger syrup, Ocean Spray Cran•Blueberry juice, and sparkling water/ginger beer. Stir, fill remainder with ice and garnish with candied ginger.
