Fill high ball with ice. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed. 1/3 oz Monin® Hibiscus Syrup, 2.5 oz Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice, ¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice, 1 pump Monin® Raspberry Concentrated Flavor. Top with Ginger Beer. [approx 2 oz] Cap, shake and strain into serving glass with ice. Add garnish; mint and raspberries.
