Perfectly juicy!
Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons - Cardamom (Freshly Ground)
1 Tablespoon - Ground Tumeric
1 Tablespoon - Ancho Chili Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoon - Ground Cinnamon
4 - Chicken Breasts
1/2 Cup - Craisins® Dried Cranberries
2oz. - Vodka
2 Cups - Ocean Spray® 100% Orange Juice
1 Cup - Uncooked Israeli Couscous
1/2 Cup - Chopped Dried Apricots
1 Teaspoon - Ground Cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon - Ground Ginger
1 Tablespoon - Honey
Directions:
Combine all the spices in a dry medium skillet over medium heat shaking the pan continuously to prevent burning until the spices are fragrant and just beginning to smoke, 1 - 2 minutes. Transfer the spices to a bowl to cool

Soak Craisins® in 1/4 cup Ocean Spray® 100% Orange Juice and vodka - 30 minutes
- Rub the spice mixture on the chicken breast and bake in pre-heated 350° oven for 20 - 25 minutes

Bring 1 1/2 cups of orange juice to a boil in a small sauce pan. Stir in couscous and cover for 8 - 10 minutes occasionally.

Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Heat remaining cup of orange juice in another sauce pan and add apricots, honey, cinnamon & ginger. Saute for 2 - 3 minutes.

Combine couscous and fruit mixtures and sprinkle soaked Craisins® on top.
