A classic Holiday salad dressing!
Ingredients:

2 Bosc pears
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ Cup of toasted whole walnuts
6oz Arugula
2oz Torn fresh basil. (optional)
4 oz Gorgonzola cheese
½ cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Sweetened Dried Cranberries
VINAIGRETTE INGREDIENTS
5 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
5 Tbsp Vegetable oil
5 Tbsp Cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Ocean Spray® Wholeberry Cranberry Sauce
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Wash the pears and slice thinly. Spread the slices in a bowl and sprinkle evenly with the lemon juice to prevent discoloration. Put to one side

Heat a saucepan over medium heat and dry toast the walnuts until light brown and just starting to release their oils. Turn frequently to prevent burning.

Cut the gorgonzola into small pieces and put in a large bowl with the arugula. Add the sliced pear and walnuts and toss gently until mixed.

For the vinaigrette, whisk together the salt, oil, vinegar and Ocean Spray® Wholeberry Cranberry Sauce in a small bowl until the vinaigrette starts to thicken, about two minutes

Just before serving, drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad. Toss once more and eat immediately.
