Ingredients:

Romaine lettuce, 2-inch square pieces 2 cups
Asian chicken, diced ½ cup
Shredded cabbage ½ cup
Pickled radish, sliced 3 tablespoons
Green onion, sliced 1 tablespoon
Thai basil, chopped 1 teaspoon
Almonds, shaved, toasted 1 tablespoon
Black sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
Ocean Spray® Cranberry Vinaigrette 2 tablespoons [Recipe on site]
Directions:
1. Place the romaine and shredded cabbage in a serving bowl.
2. Layer the remaining ingredients except the vinaigrette over the romaine and cabbage. Sprinkle with back sesame seeds for garnish. Drizzle the Ocean Spray Cranberry Vinaigrette over the salad or serve on the side in a 2-ounce ramekin. Serve immediately.
