Tart Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce is balanced with sweet maple syrup and made into a flavorful vinaigrette perfect for those fall months and served cold or warm on salads or roasted vegetables.

Ingredients:

Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce    3 tablespoons

Maple syrup                                          ¼ cup

Apple cider vinegar                               2 tablespoons

Salt, kosher                                          1/8 teaspoon

Black pepper, ground                            1/16 teaspoon

Olive oil                                               ½ cup

Directions:

1.      Whisk together all ingredients except olive oil. In a steady stream, gradually whisk in the oil. Reserve under refrigeration until ready to use.
