Ingredients:
Iceberg, cut into quarters 1 quarter
Creamy Cranberry Blue Cheese Dressing 2 tablespoons [recipe on site]
Bacon, cooked and chopped 1 tablespoon
Cherry tomatoes, quartered 3 tablespoons
Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries 2 tablespoons
Blue cheese, crumbled 1 tablespoon
Directions:
1. Place the iceberg wedge face up and pour the Creamy Cranberry Blue Cheese Dressing on top.
2. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients on top and serve immediately.
