Watermelon, honeydew melon, and cantaloupe balls are tossed with chopped pistachios, fresh mint, studded with Strawberry BerryFusions and all tossed in a very light champagne vinaigrette.

Ingredients:

Watermelon, balled                                           ¼ cup

Cantaloupe, balled                                            ¼ cup

Honeydew melon, balled                                   ¼ cup

English cucumber, quartered and sliced            ¼ cup

Mint, chopped                                                   1 teaspoon

Pistachios, chopped                                           1 tablespoon

Ocean Spray® Strawberry BerryFusions         2 tablespoons

Champagne vinaigrette                                     2 tablespoons

Directions:
