This health centric salad features baby kale, mizuna, shaved celery, watercress Parmesan cheese, Ocean Spray®Dried Cranberries and roasted garlic bread crumbs tossed in a tasty Parmesan vinaigrette.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Baby Kale Blend
¼ Cup Celery, Shaved
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
¼ Cup Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries
¼ Cup Garlic Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp. Parmesan Vinaigrette
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss with vinaigrette.
Garnish with more croutons and parmesan. Serve.
