This colorful Cobb salad features chopped romaine lettuce tossed in ranch dressing and topped with fresh summer corn, chopped tomato, chopped turkey breast, black beans, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped red onions and a delicious Cranberry Salsa.

Ingredients:

½ cup Turkey, roasted, chopped

1 T Taco Seasoning

2 cups Romaine, chopped

2 T Ranch Dressing

4 each Cherry Tomato, quartered

3 T Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries

3 T Corn, roasted

3 T Black Beans, drained and rinsed

3 T Red Onion, chopped

3 T Ocean Spray® Cranberry Salsa, on website-sauces

Directions:

• In a small bowl, toss the chopped turkey in the taco seasoning and reserve until ready to use
• Next, in a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine in the ranch dressing, coating evenly and place in an appropriate sized chilled salad bowl.
• Finally, in thin rows, layer the remaining ingredients over the romaine.
• Serve immediately.
