CRUNCHY CRANBERRY BLEU CHEESE BACON WEDGE

This classic wedge salad features a large wedge of iceberg lettuce drizzled with cranberry bleu cheese dressing and topped with thick cut bacon lardons, fresh chopped scallions, cherry tomatoes, Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries, crispy fried onions and chopped flat leaf parsley.

Ingredients:

1 wedge (¼ head) Iceberg Lettuce

4 T Ocean Spray® Cranberry Bleu Cheese Dressing, 'on website-search sauces'

¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved

2 T Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries

2 T Bacon, cooked, cut into lardons

1 ½ T Bleu Cheese, crumbled 

1 T Scallion, sliced

1 T Fried Onions

½ T Parsley, chopped

  TT Fresh Cracked Black Pepper

Directions:

  • Drizzle the Ocean Spray® Cranberry Bleu Cheese Dressing over the iceberg wedge.
  • Sprinkle all remaining ingredients over the iceberg.
  • Season with freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately
