Bacon, lettuce, tomato, turkey and cranberry sandwich
Ingredients:

2 slices toasted French bread
6 slices crisp bacon
3 slices tomato, sliced 1/2-inch thick
1 handful of arugula
1 Tbsp Craisins® Mayonnaise*
2 Slices of BBQ Turkey breast
2 Slices of sharp cheddar cheese
*CRAISINS ®MAYONNAISE INGREDIENTS
1 cup of Mayonnaise
3 tbsp Craisins® Sweetened Dried Cranberries
½ tsp fresh sage finely chopped
½ tsp garlic minced
½ a lemon- juice and zest
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
For Mayonnaise:

Add all ingredients into a food processer and puree until smooth. Keeps for 2 weeks in the refrigerator in a sealed container.
For Sandwich:

In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towel.

Toast bread.

Spread Craisins® mayonnaise on toasted bread.
Layer bacon, turkey, arugula, cheese and tomato slices.
