Sandwich

Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce (our Ocean Spray® Coulis) is combined with chipotle in adobo flavored BBQ sauce and tossed with pulled chicken layered on a toasted bun and topped with a fresh, shredded cabbage slaw studded with sliced Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries.

Ingredients:

• Pulled chicken                                     ½ cup (1 small breast)

  Cran Chipotle BBQ Sauce                    2 tablespoons  [recipe on site]
  

  Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries       1 tablespoon                

  Cabbage slaw                                        ¼ cup  

  Bun or roll, sliced, toasted                     1 each

Directions:

1.      In a small bowl toss the pulled chicken with the Cran® Chipotle BBQ Sauce until well covered.

2.      In a second small bowl toss Ocean Spray® Dried Cranberries in with the cabbage slaw.

3.      On a toasted bun layer the sauced chicken followed by the SDC cabbage slaw.  Top with the other half of the bun and serve with a side of Cran® Chipotle BBQ Sauce.
