Sandwich

Fresh horseradish is combined with Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce and layered on a hearty slice of bread, topped with thick sliced turkey, slice of white cheddar cheese, and crispy green leaf lettuce.

Ingredients:

Hearty wheat or whole grain bread         2 slices

Cranberry Horseradish Spread                2 tablespoons [recipe on site]

Turkey, thick sliced                                  2 slices (~2 oz)

White cheddar cheese, sliced                   2 slices

Green leaf lettuce                                     2 leaves           

Directions:

1.      On a slice of hearty bread smear the Cranberry Horseradish Spread.

2.      On top of the spread, layer the turkey followed by the slices of cheese and the green leaf lettuce.  Top the sandwich with the other slice of bread and serve cold.
