GRILLED CRANBERRY BRIE SANDWICH

Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce is spread on a slice of sourdough bread, topped with folded thinly sliced speck (or another Italian cured meat), sliced brie cheese, and fresh arugula all pressed until hot and served in a perfect harmony of flavors.

Ingredients:

Sourdough bread                                                2 slices

Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce  2 tablespoons

Speck, thinly sliced                                            4 slices

Brie cheese, sliced                                              3 slices

Pan spray                                                            as needed

Arugula                                                              1 cup  

Directions:

1.      Preheat a panini press to medium-high heat.

2.      Spread the Ocean Spray Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce on one slice of bread. Top with sliced speck, brie cheese, and second slice of sourdough bread.

3.      Spray both sides of panini press with pan coating. Grill sandwich for 4 minutes or until hot and the brie cheese has melted.

4.      Remove from panini press, lift top piece of bread, layer arugula, close sandwich and serve immediately.
