TURKEY ROSEMARY CIABATTA

Oven roasted turkey sliced thin and stacked onto ciabatta bread with smoked provolone, baby arugula and a Cherry Craisins® Dried Cranberries and rosemary preserves.

Ingredients:

Rosemary ciabatta, sliced (or regular ciabatta)      2 slices

Provolone cheese, sliced                                    2 slices

Turkey, thick sliced                                           ¼ pound (2 slices)

Arugula                                                           ¼ cup

Cherry BerryFusion Rosemary Preserves              3 tablespoons

Directions:

  • On one slice of ciabatta layer provolone cheese, thick sliced turkey, and arugula.
  • On the other slice of ciabatta, smear the Craisins® Dried Cranberries Rosemary Preserves.  Place this slice of ciabatta face down on top of the arugula and serve.
