Sliced Italian bread is layered with Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce topped with sliced grilled Italian seasoned chicken, basil pesto, and sliced fresh mozzarella, served cold with its bright complementing flavors.

Ingredients:

Italian bread, sliced and grilled                        2 slices

Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Sauce                  1 ½ tablespoons

Chicken breast, seasoned, grilled                     1 each

Basil pesto                                                       1 tablespoon

Mozzarella, fresh, sliced           2 slices            

Directions:

1.      On a slice of Italian bread, evenly smear fresh basil pesto.

2.      Top the pesto with a grilled chicken breast followed by the sliced mozzarella, and finish with Ocean Spray Whole Berry Sauce and the other slice of bread. 

3.      Serve warm or cold.
