Ocean Spray® Cranberry Coulis adds a pop of tartness and color to a traditional balsamic vinaigrette made with Dijon mustard, fresh thyme, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Ingredients:

Ocean Spray® Cranberry Coulis  2 tablespoons [recipe on site]

Balsamic vinegar                    2 tablespoons

Dijon mustard                        ½ teaspoon

Thyme, fresh, chopped            ¼ teaspoon

Salt, kosher                           1/8 teaspoon

Black pepper, ground               1/16 teaspoon

Olive oil                                 ½ cup

2/3 cup (150 mL) white or semi-sweet chocolate chips, optional

Directions:

Whisk together all ingredients except olive oil. In a steady stream, gradually whisk in the oil. Reserve under refrigeration until ready to use.
