WILD RICE AND TURKEY SALAD WITH DRIED CRANBERRIES

Here's a salad to serve the day after the big holiday meal. It has the flavors of the season but a light, vinegary tang that's a welcome change from the Thanksgiving dinner. It's a snap to put together. This could just as easily be made with chicken or turned into a side dish by leaving out the poultry.

CRANBERRY, FETA AND AVOCADO SALAD

A very colorful – holiday side salad with red, white and green – so it looks gorgeous when served. This hearty salad begins with baby spring greens, avocado, crumbed feta, candied pecans and Ocean Spray Dried Cranberries in a delectable balsamic vinaigrette.

Protein packed quinoa is tossed with Ocean Spray Dried Cranberries and chopped pecans and tossed in a delicious balsamic and oil dressing.
